Calls
These are the settings related to calls: Call forwarding, call waiting, call barring, hide identity, blacklist, Dual SIM, etc.
Contacts
Access to speed-dial numbers, described in the Calls section.
Phone
Here you can configure the language, time, date, direct settings (shortcuts using the cursor keys), Auto power on/off, battery status, and restore the default settings.
The "Auto lock" option is enabled by default and locks the keypad after the defined period to prevent accidental presses. Once locked, you must unlock it by pressing "Unlock" and then the * key.
Display
In this section, you can change the wallpaper, adjust the brightness level, keyboard backlight time and auto power-off time, red key for locking, and the operator name displayed on the screen.
Sound
Here you can select and configure the ringtone type for calls, vibration, volume level, message tone, etc.
The keypad tone is enabled by default. If you want to disable it, you can do so in "Alert tones"> "Keypad tone">"Silent".
The "Key Voice" function is also enabled by default. It reads the dialed numbers aloud to make dialing easier. If you want to disable it, you can do so in "Alert tones"> "Dialing">"Disabled".
If you temporarily need to disable the tones (meetings, events, etc.), you can do so quickly by holding down the "#" key. Pressing it once switches the phone to Silent mode with Vibrator, and the corresponding status icon appears at the top of the screen. Pressing the "#" key again returns it to the initial state.
Security
It is located in "Settings">"Security". Configure and modify security and privacy settings and codes, such as the SIM card PIN, phone lock code, screen lock, and FDN (fixed dialing numbers from the carrier).
Some settings will ask you for the security password, which is 0000 by default.
If the "Lock code" option is enabled, the phone will request the security password when it starts up.
The "Privacy" option lets you set a password lock to access certain functions.
Bluetooth
It is located in the "Tools">"Connection">"Bluetooth" menu. Configure the status, visibility, etc. of the Bluetooth connection.
To pair new devices, such as Bluetooth headsets, first activate the connection, and then select the "Paired devices">“Add New device” option. Once the search is complete, choose the device and press “Pair”.
SPC Care and Smart Help Features
Depending on your phone's version, you have access to the Smart Help or SPC Care features.
Smart Help is a set of features that make it easier to use and configure your phone: Remote Configuration, Smart Ringtone, and Smart Notifications. You can consult the "SMART HELP" article under "Mobile phones" for a detailed description of these features.
SPC Care is an improvement over Smart Help. It includes the same features as Smart Help, but also adds the possibility of remote control and management by a caregiver from the SPC Care app. You can find more information in the "SPC CARE" article in the Apps section.
ICE
The ICE function, "In Case of Emergency," is available in the latest version. It allows you to enter personal information that may be useful to emergency services in the event of an accident, such as a contact phone number, blood type, and other information.
Pressing button 1 provides access to this information.
To enter ICE information, go to Settings>ICE.
Restore settings
This option is located in "Settings">"Phone". It allows you to restore the phone's settings to factory defaults. The phone's security password is required, which is 0000 by default.
