Function Menu

In the main menu, you can find the following detailed functions. First, the main functions are shown, which are included in Favorites by default for quick access. Next are the secondary functions, accessible from the Function menu.

ACTIVITY

This screen displays your activity for the current day.

Swipe up to view activity details: total steps, calories burned, and exercise time. There are also two graphs showing the distribution of steps taken by day and by hour.

SLEEP

With this function, the watch monitors your sleep hours and quality, and displays them in a graph.

Swipe up to view more details. The graph shows the duration of the different sleep stages: light, deep, and REM.

Keep in mind that the data for the most recent sleep period is displayed at the end of the current day, when the total sleep hours can be calculated.

HEART RATE

You can check your current heart rate and view a graph of historical measurement values. For an accurate measurement, the watch must be properly fitted on your wrist.

PHONE

When the watch is synchronized with an Android or iOS phone using the SPC app, this function allows you to manage phone calls.

The screen has three sections:

  1. Call log: List of recent calls. Tapping one of them places a call to that number.
  2. Dial: Numeric keypad that allows you to dial a phone number.
  3. Contacts: List of contacts synchronized with the phone. These contacts are added from the SPC SMART YOU app. Tapping a contact places a call to that number.

When you receive a call, the watch will notify you on the screen, with sound, and by vibration (depending on the settings), and you can answer from the watch itself.

If you answer or make a call from the watch, you can talk to the other user from the device itself, since it has a microphone and speaker.

During the call, you have buttons to turn the microphone off or on, transfer call control to the mobile phone, adjust the speaker volume, and end the call.

BLOOD OXYGEN

Monitors your blood oxygen level and shows the day's minimum and maximum, with a graph of the last 7 measurements.

Keep in mind that you must remain still and keep the watch securely fastened to your wrist during the measurement.

STRESS

Measures your stress level, displaying the current, maximum, and minimum values in a graph. Stress is measured on a scale from 0 to 100, from low to high. Swipe up to display graphs for the last 24 hours and level percentages.

WEATHER

If the watch has obtained your phone's location, you can check the updated weather forecast for today and the next 6 days.

Mobile location is required to obtain weather information. You can ensure this by opening Google Maps on Android or Maps on iOS and verifying that the location shown matches your current location. Once confirmed, open the SPC app and synchronize the watch so that it can obtain the information needed to display the weather screen.

The following functions are accessed from the full Function menu by swiping the screen to the right.

EXERCISE

With this function, you can access more than 100 available sports.

The most popular sports are shown on the first screen. You can add more sports to this list by selecting the "+" button at the end, choosing a group of sports, and then selecting the one you want to add.

To start a sport, simply open the list of sports and select the one you want to monitor.

To the right of each sport, there is an icon that allows you to set goals for that specific activity: Duration, Distance, Calories...

During exercise, a bar indicates your progress, and when you finish exercising, it shows how well you met the established goal.

EXERCISE LOG

Access the list of completed exercises, in chronological order. Tapping each one displays its details (depending on the type of exercise: exercise duration, steps, distance, calories, heart rate, pace...).

MESSAGES

Displays messages that arrive on your mobile device, as long as both devices are linked through the SPC SMART YOU app.

SHUTTER

This screen displays a shutter button. When you tap it, the phone's camera takes a photo.

PLAYER

Controls compatible multimedia content that you are playing on your phone.

It has four control buttons, from left to right: playback volume level, rewind, play/pause, and fast-forward.

RELAXATION

Includes two breathing exercises. One for stressful situations and another for drowsiness. You can select the duration of the breathing exercise.

TIMER

This screen has 8 preset countdown timers. You can also customize the timer to the duration you want.

ALARM

View and turn alarms on or off. You can set up to 8 alarms. You can configure them from the watch or from the SPC SMART YOU app.

STOPWATCH

Tap the orange play button to start/resume, the pause button to stop, restart to return to a value of 0, and "Lap" to set laps.

ASSISTANT

This function provides access to the voice assistant on the synchronized phone. For example, you can make voice queries and receive spoken responses on the watch itself, select a song to play in your car, and more.

CYCLE TRACKING

You can enable the Cycle Tracking option (Menstrual Cycle) from the SPC app, set the usual period duration, the usual cycle length, and the start date of your last period.

You can also define the time and the number of days in advance for which you want the device to notify you that your period and ovulation are about to begin.

Once configured, you can view the forecast for your period, fertile window, and ovulation on the watch and in the app.

*Notice*  This function is for informational purposes only and should not be used instead of other pregnancy prevention methods.

FLASHLIGHT

Lights the screen up in white at maximum brightness for the Flashlight function.
