The ACE (Assistant & Care Emergency) feature allows you to access important medical and contact information, even when the phone is locked. This feature is designed so that anyone—such as medical or emergency personnel—can quickly and securely view critical user information.
Accessing ACE
The ACE screen can be opened at any time by pressing and holding the 1 key, even if the phone is locked. The information is displayed in read-only mode, so no one can modify or delete it from this view.
⚠️ Please note that this information will be visible without unlocking the phone, so it is important to enter only the information you are willing to share publicly in an emergency.

Pressing and holding the 1 key opens a screen with the following information, provided it has been previously configured:

If a field is empty, it will not appear on the screen. And if no information has been configured, the following message will be displayed:

Within the ACE menu, you will find the editable fields mentioned above.
Each field opens individually so that you can easily enter or update the information.
Technical behavior and privacy
- The ACE screen is not available if the phone is turned off.
- The information is stored locally on the device and is retained even if the phone is restarted.
