The Settings menu allows you to modify the phone settings: Calls, Phone, Sound, ACE, Display, Menu Style, Security, Speed Dials, and Connect.
To access the Settings menu, press the Menu key and navigate through the menus using the navigation keys until it appears on the screen, then press the Accept key.
Call
- Call forwarding:
- All: to forward all calls
- If busy: forward calls if the line is busy or if the call is rejected
- If no answer: forward calls if the call is not answered
- If unavailable: forward calls if you are unavailable (for example, out of coverage)
- None
- Call waiting: Activate/Deactivate or check the status of this option
- Other
- Blacklist
- Add a number to the blacklist
- Status:
- Calls: so that numbers on the blacklist cannot call
- Messages: so that numbers on the blacklist cannot send messages
- Whitelist
- Add a number to the whitelist
- Status:
- Calls: so that numbers on the whitelist can call
- Messages: so that numbers on the whitelist can send messages
Phone
Modify the phone settings, such as:
- Date and time
- Language
- Serial number
- Shortcuts
- Auto On/Off
- Battery
- Factory reset (0000 by default)
- SW update
Sound
You can select one of the 2 preset profiles by placing the cursor over the one you want to activate and pressing the OK key.
The profiles are as follows:

General: this is the default mode. If you need to change any setting, ringtone or notification tone, volume... press the left key to access the Options, select the Customize option to:
- Ringtone: change the ringtone for:
- Calls
- Messages
- Volume: modify the volume setting for:
- Calls
- Messages
- Alarm volume
- Earpiece volume (both earpiece during a call and speaker)
- Power on (alert tone when turning on the device)
- Mode: select between silent, vibration, sound, vibration plus sound, or vibrate then ring for:
- Call alert
- Message alert
- Alarms and reminders
- Alert tones: select the tone for:
- Keypad
- Power on
- Dialing
- Open
- Close
- Key voice: the device says aloud the key that has been pressed while dialing a number to make a call.
- Ringtone: change the ringtone for:

Silent: to silence all call, message, and reminder notifications... at once.
*This mode can be activated on the home screen by holding down the # key for 3 seconds until a speaker icon with an x appears in the top bar, right next to the signal indicator.
ACE
The ACE settings are in another article, called "ACE (Assistant & Care Emergency)".
Display
Modify the display settings, such as the font size, brightness, wallpaper, display light, or keypad light.
Menu style
Choose how you want to view the menu screen: Grid or List.
Security
Modify the security settings, such as:
- PIN:
- Activate/deactivate whether it is necessary to enter the SIM PIN when turning on the device
- Change the PIN
- Lock code
- Change code to change the lock code (0000 by default)
Speed dials
Add/remove/edit the M1, M2, and M3 speed dials to associate contacts with these quick keys and call easily.
Connect
The Connect menu allows you to activate and deactivate or modify the settings for different connectivity functions, such as Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, GPS, or the 4G network connection.
You can navigate to each of these options using the direction keys and press the Accept key to access their settings.

Bluetooth:
- Bluetooth (press 0 to activate Bluetooth and make changes to the rest of the options within Bluetooth).
- Visible: be visible to other devices
- Saved devices: view the list of devices paired with your SPC Polaris Pure
- Send files: send photos, videos, or audio via Bluetooth
- Device name: set the name that will be displayed on other devices (SPC POLARIS PURE by default)
- Store in: select where files received via Bluetooth will be saved (on the phone or on the SD card if one is installed)

Airplane mode: activate or deactivate airplane mode.
When airplane mode is activated, you cannot make or receive calls or SMS messages.

GPS: activate or deactivate GPS.
When GPS is activated, the device will send its location to the server so it can be displayed in the SPC CARE APP

Connection:
- Network account: view, edit, add, or delete your operator's APN settings
- GPRS data: activate or deactivate GPRS data, which is required for functions such as GPS or connecting to the server for compatibility with the SPC CARE APP
- Data roaming: activate or deactivate data roaming to have GPRS data when you are outside your country.
*This may incur additional charges; check the rates with your carrier - Network selection: select automatic or manual acquisition of the GPRS network
- Preferred network type: select which network or networks you want to use (4G/3G/2G)
- 4G calls: activate or deactivate the 4G calling function
