The SPC Care menu is a menu dedicated to the care of the SPC POLARIS PURE user.
From this menu, you can configure your health profile and the SOS function, configure the pedometer, or open the pairing menu to pair your SPC POLARIS PURE with the SPC CARE APP.
Please note that, in order to pair your SPC POLARIS PURE with the SPC Care app and enjoy all the remote control and location features, it is absolutely necessary to have a SIM card with mobile data installed in the SPC POLARIS PURE, both when pairing and throughout the entire time you want to control it remotely from SPC Care.

SOS: menu dedicated to the SOS function, directly related to the button located on the back of the device. This option must be activated in order to trigger the SOS function when the user is in an emergency situation and presses and holds (5 seconds) the physical SOS key.
- SOS status: activates or deactivates the function
- Siren: activates or deactivates the audible siren so that it sounds when the physical SOS button is pressed and held
- SOS contacts: adds, edits, or removes contacts from the SOS list. These contacts will receive a call, in list order, when the SOS function is triggered.
If none of the contacts accepts the call, the full cycle will be repeated 3 times; that is, each contact will be called once in list order, and this process will be carried out 3 times, calling each contact 3 times in succession.
If one of the contacts on the list accepts the call, the cycle will stop. - SMS sending: activates or deactivates sending the help message by SMS to all configured SOS contacts
- Message: configures or edits the message that will be sent by SMS in an emergency situation
- Send location: activates or deactivates sending the location by SMS; when this option is activated, the SMS will include a link that will take you to the location of the SPC POLARIS PURE at the time the SOS function was triggered.

Pedometer: turns the pedometer on or off.
The steps taken are shown both on the main screen of the SPC POLARIS PURE and in the SPC CARE APP. - Pairing: accesses the QR code and the device’s IMEI information to pair it with the SPC CARE APP.
