If for some reason your headphones have become unpaired from each other, below we explain how to pair them again (with each other).
- On your mobile device: Remove previous pairings from: Settings-> Bluetooth --> (delete, forget...)
- Put the headphones in the charging case.
- On your mobile device: Turn off Bluetooth.
- With no phone connected, take both headphones out of the charging case and tap the touch panel on either headphone five times.
- Both headphones will reset simultaneously, turn off, and the white light will blink three times. Put them back in the case and close the lid.
- Take them out and pair them again.
