SPC Circles is a family companion app for the user of the SPC WILD STAR. Additionally, it allows you to remotely configure certain phone settings.
On the SPC WILD STAR, you can access this feature in the Menu, under "SPC Circles." From this menu, you can configure its Health Profile, the SOS function, set up the Pedometer, or open the Pairing menu to link your SPC WILD STAR with the SPC Circles app.
NOTE: Keep in mind that to link your SPC WILD STAR with the SPC Circles app and enjoy all remote control and location features, it is absolutely necessary to have a SIM card with mobile data installed in the SPC WILD STAR, both at the time of pairing and throughout the entire period you want to control it remotely from SPC Circles.
Health Profile:
This menu is dedicated to user information and some basic health information:
- Blood type
- Name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Height
- Weight
SOS:
This menu is dedicated to the SOS function, directly related to the button located on the back of the device. This option must be enabled to trigger the SOS function when the user is in an emergency situation and performs a long press (5 seconds) on the physical SOS button.
It includes the following configuration options:
- SOS Status: Enables or disables the function.
- Siren: Enables or disables the acoustic siren to sound when the physical SOS button is pressed and held.
- SOS Contacts: Add, edit, or delete contacts from the SOS list. These contacts will receive a call, in list order, when the SOS function is triggered.
If none of the contacts answer the call, the full cycle will repeat 3 times, meaning it will call each contact once in order, and repeat this process 3 times, calling each contact consecutively 3 times.
If one of the contacts on the list answers the call, the cycle will stop. - Send SMS: Enables or disables sending an SMS with the help message to all configured SOS contacts.
- Message: Configure or edit the message that will be sent in the SMS for the emergency situation.
- Send Location: Enables or disables sending the location in the SMS; when this option is enabled, the SMS will include a link that will take you to the location of the SPC WILD STAR at the time the SOS function was triggered.
Pedometer:
The SPC WILD STAR has a pedometer capable of measuring the steps you take.
This menu turns the pedometer on or off.
The steps taken are displayed both on the main screen of the SPC WILD STAR and in the SPC Circles APP.
