Writing a Message

Select "Messages" from the Menu, then "Write New." Next, enter the desired phone number or contact using the keypad. Once the recipient is selected, press the "down" navigation key to type the text message.

The text input mode is the font type used in messages, when entering contacts, etc. You can access different writing options and languages by pressing the # key. The top right corner shows the keyboard mode being used and the number of characters available for the message.

Once you have entered the message, press "Options," then Send to send it. Other options in that menu allow you to add additional elements or save the message as a draft.
