Calling with Direct Memory Keys
The SPC WILD STAR phone has three direct access keys to numbers you can configure: M1, M2, and M3 for dialing with direct memories.
To configure these numbers, go to Menu, "Settings," "Direct Memories," and enter the corresponding numbers using the keypad or by selecting a contact from the Address Book by pressing the "Contacts" option.
Calling with Speed Dial
The phone has eight indirect memory slots for speed dialing.
Indirect memories or speed dial numbers are activated by holding down one of the digits 2 through 9. To configure these numbers, go to Menu, "Address Book," "Options," "Others," "Speed Memories," and set the desired numbers listed. The number 1 is reserved for the ICE function ("In Case of Emergency," see the "Settings" article for more information about this feature).
Answering / Rejecting a Call
When you receive a call, the number and the name (if saved in contacts) will appear on the external screen.
