Connect the charging cable found in the box to a standard USB power adapter and to a household outlet. Connect the other end of the cable to the phone’s connector to charge the battery.
During charging, the battery icon on both screens lights up its bars consecutively indicating the charging process. When fully charged, these icons show all their bars lit.
Important Charging Notices
To fully charge the battery, it is necessary to charge it for about 2.5 hours.
For proper maintenance and to extend battery life, it is not recommended that the battery remain fully charged or very low for long periods; it is better to keep it at a medium charge.
To prevent the battery from remaining fully charged for prolonged periods, you can activate “Battery Care” in the Menu, "Settings," "Phone," "Battery." Once this feature is activated, charging will stop at 80%. Keep in mind that with this activation, you will lose approximately 20% of battery capacity.
It is not recommended to leave the phone charging for long periods of time (vacations, etc.). It is also preferable to let the battery fully discharge occasionally.
If the phone is not used for a long time, remove the battery when it is at a medium charge.
If the battery has not been used for an extended period and is depleted, the phone screen may not work immediately when you start charging it again. You will need to leave it charging for a while before turning on the phone to use it.
Low Battery Warning
When the battery level is low (approximately below 25%), a notification will appear on the screen. You should connect the charger to recharge the battery.
If the phone runs out of battery charge, it will turn off and you will not be able to make or receive calls.
