Getting Started
- Lift the battery cover using the tab located at the bottom of the phone.
- Remove the battery by lifting from the notch located at the top of the battery compartment.
- Insert the SIM card.
Insert the SIM card (MicroSIM format) in the indicated position, aligning the contacts of the phone and the card.
If your card is not MicroSIM size, you can use an adapter or request a card replacement from your mobile carrier.
If applicable, insert the Micro SD memory card in the indicated position.
Insert the battery by aligning the contacts of the phone and the battery. Place the back cover in its place.
It is advisable to charge the battery before using the phone. To do this, connect a charger to the phone’s USB-C connector located at the bottom. Do not force the connection if it is not immediate. More detailed information is available in the "Battery and Charging" section.
Before turning on the phone, remove the two protectors from the main screen and the rear screen:
Turning the Phone On/Off
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the phone.
Enter the PIN that comes with your SIM card. With a SIM card, the language, date, and time are usually set automatically, and finally, a message will appear to activate or deactivate battery care.
Press and hold the same button to turn off the phone.
NOTE: The Personal Identification Number (PIN) protects the SIM card from unauthorized use. The PIN unlock key (PUK number) allows you to unlock a blocked PIN. The PIN and PUK are provided with the SIM card. For more details, contact your carrier.
