Battery and Charging

Connect the charging cable found in the box to a standard USB power adapter and plug it into a household outlet. Connect the other end of the cable to the phone’s charging port.

During charging, the battery icon lights up its bars consecutively to indicate the charging process. When fully charged, this indicator changes to show all bars lit.

Important Notice About Charging

To fully charge the battery, it is necessary to keep it charging for about 3 hours.

For proper maintenance and to extend battery life, it is not recommended to keep the battery at full charge or very low charge for long periods; it is better to keep it at a medium charge.

To prevent the battery from remaining fully charged for prolonged periods, you can activate “Battery Care” in Settings>Phone>Battery. Once this feature is activated, charging will stop at 80% and will only reach 100% after several cycles. Keep in mind that activating this feature will reduce your battery capacity by approximately 20%.

It is not recommended to leave the phone charging for long periods (vacations, etc.). It is preferable to let the battery discharge completely occasionally.

If the phone will not be used for a long time, remove the battery when it is at a medium charge.

If the battery has not been used for an extended period or if it is depleted, the phone’s screen may not function when you recharge it. Once the battery has been charging for a while, you can turn on the phone to use it.

Low Battery Warning

When the battery level is low, the battery indicator light will show an amber bar and the phone will emit a warning tone. You should connect the power adapter to charge the battery.

If the phone’s battery is completely discharged, it will turn off and you will not be able to make or receive calls.
