Contract Types and How to Activate the Hard Contract

  • Soft Contract
The soft contract, or family contract, is the space where the rules between the supervised person and the administrator are established. It allows for customizing the rules or using preset configurations. This contract functions as a mutual agreement in which the conditions of device use are defined in writing, along with schedules and other usage rules.
  • Hard Contract
The hard contract corresponds to parental supervision. It consists of the configuration of the usage limits of the device, where time ranges, application categories, and the management of those that are free to use or restricted are established. All of this can be managed from the Circles app on the administrator's device or from the supervised person's device using the Kite app.

For the development of both contracts, we have collaborated with digital well-being experts who actively participated in their creation.
