- Lift the battery cover using the tab located at the bottom of the phone.
- Remove the battery by lifting from the notch located at the top of the battery compartment.
- Insert the cards.
Insert the SIM card(s) (MicroSIM format) in the indicated position, aligning the gold contacts of the phone and the card(s).
If applicable, insert the Micro SD memory card in the indicated position.
Insert the battery by aligning the contacts of the phone and the battery.
It is advisable to charge the battery before using the phone. To do this, connect a power adapter to the phone's USB-C connector located at the bottom of the device. Do not force the connection if it does not connect immediately.
Before you start using the phone, remember to remove the screen protector.
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the phone. Enter the PIN displayed on your SIM card. If two SIM cards are inserted, the phone will first request the PIN for SIM 1 and then for SIM 2. With a SIM card, the language and date/time will usually be set automatically, and finally, a message will appear to activate or deactivate battery care.
Press and hold the same button to turn off the phone.
NOTE: The Personal Identification Number (PIN) protects the SIM card from unauthorized use. The PIN unlock key (PUK number) allows you to unlock a blocked PIN. The PIN and PUK are provided with the SIM card. For more details, contact your carrier.
