Lumacore Share is an application designed to facilitate the connection between devices, allowing easy screen sharing. It offers the ability to share audio and video, project content in real time, and use a screen as a secondary monitor, as well as select a specific window from the computer for viewing.
It allows the connection of up to 4 devices simultaneously, enabling interaction with them from the screen itself.
1. Connection from mobile (Android / iOS)
Download the application
Download the Lumacore Share app from the corresponding store or by scanning the QR code displayed on the device screen.
Connect to the same network
Make sure that the mobile and the screen are connected to the same WiFi network.
Select the screen
Open the app on the mobile. The name of the available screen will appear. Tap “Connect”.
Enter the pairing code
A connection code will be requested. This code is located above the QR code in the screen’s application.
Connection established
Once the code is entered correctly, the mobile will be linked to the screen and you can start sharing content.
2. Connection from Windows or Mac
Download and install the application
Download and install Lumacore Share from the QR code or from the corresponding app store.
Connect to the same network
Make sure the computer and the screen are connected to the same WiFi network.
Select the screen
Open the app on the computer. The name of the available screen will be displayed. Click “Connect”.
Enter the code
Enter the pairing code shown on the device screen (above the QR code).
Choose the projection mode
Once connected, you can select from three options:
- Duplicate screen: shows exactly the computer’s content on the display.
- Extended screen or window mode: allows using the display as a second monitor or sending only a specific window.
- Reverse projection: allows viewing and controlling the display from the computer.
3. Connection via Screen Share / Miracast
Activate Miracast on the screen
In the screen’s application menu, go to:
Options → Miracast and activate it.
(This option is only necessary for Android or Windows devices. For iOS devices, it is not necessary to activate this mode.)
Activate the function on the device
On the mobile or PC, activate the Screen Share / Miracast function.
Connect
Select the available screen from the device list and establish the connection.
Start the transmission
Once connected, the screen will start mirroring the device’s content.
