Ports and Connections

Note: Below are the port connection instructions. The listed port types are for reference only and do not cover all ports of this product.

 

Power Port

Signal Input Ports

  • USB Port

Port Connection

♦Note: 1. The native interface is USB 2.0/3.0. The output current of the USB 2.0 port is 300 mA and that of the USB 3.0 port is 900 mA.

2. The multimedia USB port is used to connect external devices to the Android system of the product, allowing data reading through the file manager of this product.

3. This product connects with wireless keyboard and mouse. In case of slow response, change the wireless receiver to another USB port, or use a USB extension cable to connect the wireless receiver, thereby extending the reception range.

4. Some non-standard USB devices may not be recognized; please use standard USB devices.

5. To update software using a USB flash drive, use a USB 2.0 flash drive.

 

  • Public USB Port

♦Note: 1. PUBLIC-USB port: this port is a USB 3.0 port, supports read and write of storage devices such as USB flash drives and hard drives, and also supports connecting USB keyboards and mice, additionally providing 900 mA power; this port can automatically switch between the Android system and the OPS system.

2. If you connect mobile storage devices that require power, it is recommended not to connect more than 2 devices at the same time.

 

  • USB TOUCH Port

♦Note: When the USB TOUCH port is connected to the same device as the signal source, the external device can be operated via the TOUCH function.

 

  • TYPE-C Port
  1. Motherboard Type-C interface: only supports DFP mode; PD supports up to 15 W; resolution: 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz.

 

2. Front Type-C interface, supports PD power supply (up to 20 V, 3 A), DP video signal (connects Type-C display devices such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.), and high-speed USB data transmission.

♦Note: To ensure stable and reliable use, use a certified standard cable.

 

  • HDMI-IN Port

♦Note: The maximum resolution supported by the HDMI port is 4K at 60 Hz; please refer to the technical parameters section for detailed signal formats. When playing 4K signals at 60 Hz, the EDID version in the OSD menu must be changed to EDID 2.0.

 

  • VGA Audio/Video Port / AUDIO-IN Port

♦Note: For supported signal formats of the VGA port, please refer to the Technical Parameters.

 

 

  • DP Port

♦Note: The maximum resolution supported by the DP port is 4K at 60 Hz. Signal quality depends on the length and quality of the DP cable, so it is recommended to use recommended cables or well-known brand cables on the market.

 

Signal Output Ports

  • HDMI-OUT Port

♦Note: The HDMI-OUT port can send audio and video signals to the HDMI-IN port of a second device; this second device can retransmit audio and video signals to a third device, and so on. The maximum number of retransmissions depends on the quality and length of the HDMI cable, so it is recommended to use the cables we provide.

  

 

Audio Ports

  • Optical Fiber Port

♦Note: This port can send the audio signal of this product to speakers with an SPDIF-IN port.

 

  • MIC Port

♦Note: The MIC port can be connected to a microphone.

 

  • AUDIO-OUT Port

♦Note: The audio output port can be connected to headphones or external speakers.

 

Internet Port

  • LAN Port

♦Note: 1. This interface is the control board network port, supporting wired network connection in Android and adaptive to 10M/100M/1000M. Only 10M/100M are supported in Android; 10M/100M/1000M are supported in OPS or other LAN ports when providing network to other devices. When connecting each of the LAN ports and configuring the Internet connection, OPS and the other LAN port can also connect to the Internet, just set IP acquisition to automatic.

 

Control Port

  • RS232 Port

♦Note: The RS232-IN port is connected to the PC; the product is operated via the PC.

Note: Refer to the interface of the specific model. Different device models contain different types of interfaces.
