Installation

Wall Mount

Installation Precautions

  • At least two professional workers are required for the installation of the wall mount; do not attempt to install it yourself, as you may suffer injuries.
  • During installation, professional assistance is needed to determine the appropriate location; additionally, measures must be taken to ensure it can withstand a certain amount of external force. Make sure the mount is installed on a solid wall, rather than on drywall or other surfaces that cannot provide solid support.
  • This product must be installed on a vertical plane, not on an inclined plane; also, it should not be installed with the front facing upward; otherwise, the product may fall or cause personal injury.
  • To avoid product damage or injury, keep the mount out of reach of children.
  • Tighten the screws during installation to avoid product damage and injury.

The installation is shown in the following figure; ventilation space should be left around the product.

  • Remove the equipment from the packaging box. Place the equipment on a desk or
    a platform that can support a minimum weight of 160 kg. Remove the two M4x10 mm screws
    with a screwdriver to disassemble the mount.

  • Take out the M5x100 mm screws from the accessory bag and temporarily screw them into the vertical beam mount with a depth between 2 mm and 10 mm.

  • Install the beam mount on the wall:
    1. Place the mount horizontally on the corresponding wall; the customer should choose
    the distance between the different screws based on the wall (4 screws with rubber sleeves on each
    side);
    2. Use the mount to mark 8 screw holes on the wall, mark the hole positions
    with a pencil, and then drill the holes with a hammer drill. The recommended hole size is diameter 12 and the depth should be more than 6 cm;
    3. Insert the rubber plug into the wall and then, use an ST7×56 mm external hex bolt + washer to fix the beam mount to the wall

  • Secure the unit to the wall mount.
