Battery and Charging

The V1 version includes a charger and cable, while the V2 version only includes the USB cable, as it is compatible with any standard USB charger. Plug the charger into any outlet in your home. Connect the other end of the power supply to the phone’s connector to charge the battery.

When connecting and disconnecting the power supply, the corresponding notification will appear on the screen. During charging, if you turn on the screen, the battery icon will indicate that charging is in progress.

Important Notice About Charging

To fully charge the battery, it needs to be charged for about 2 hours.

For good maintenance and to extend the battery life, it is not recommended for the battery to remain fully charged or with a very low charge for a long time. It is better to keep it at a medium charge. It is recommended not to leave the phone charging for long periods of time (vacations, etc.). It is preferable for the battery to occasionally experience a full discharge.

The V2 version includes a charge limit function that facilitates battery maintenance. If enabled, the battery will charge up to 80% and will not resume charging until it reaches a prudent value. This prevents the battery from staying at a very high charge for prolonged periods of time (for example, when left charging overnight), significantly increasing battery life. This feature is configured at first startup and can be enabled or disabled from Settings>Phone>Battery.

If the phone is not used for a long time, remove the battery with a medium charge.
If the battery has not been used for a long period or if it is depleted, it is likely that the phone’s screen will not work when you recharge it. Once the battery has been charging for a while, you can turn on the phone to use it.

Low Battery Warning

When the battery is close to running out, the battery indicator will be empty, the phone will emit a warning tone, and a message will appear on the screen. You must connect the power supply to charge the battery.
If the phone’s battery is empty, it will turn off and you will not be able to make or receive calls.
