You need to configure the SOS emergency numbers to use this feature.
SOS Number Configuration:
From “Menu”--”Smart Help”- "SOS":
- Set the function status: "On" or "Off".
- Configure whether you want an SMS to be sent when the SOS function is activated or not.
- Set up the siren. If it is activated, when the SOS function is used, a siren/horn will sound at maximum volume; if the siren is deactivated, it will not sound.
- Set the SOS message. Write the help message that will be sent to the SOS numbers: By default, "I need Help!".
- Configure the emergency numbers in “SOS Contacts” (1 to 5). By default, 1 is the number 112.
Using the SOS Function:
During an emergency, press and hold the SOS key for a few seconds. The device will emit an alert sound (horn) (if configured), the flashlight will flash, and the call cycle will start. The phone will activate the speakerphone and call the SOS numbers in consecutive order, also sending the SOS message via SMS (if SMS Sending is activated). If there is no answer, it will skip to the next number until one of them answers; this cycle will repeat 3 times.
*Notice* If a number on the list has voicemail, the cycle will end.
