The Smart Help feature of your phone is divided into 3 main functions:
- REMOTE CONFIGURATION: With this feature, you can grant permission to up to 5 phone numbers to remotely configure your phone via SMS.
- SMART RINGTONE: your phone will automatically increase the ringtone volume if it detects that the same person is trying to call you and you have not answered the call.
- SMART NOTIFICATIONS: With this feature, you can designate a series of helpers to receive notifications via SMS if your phone detects a lack of activity.
