The main Advanced Options of the device are: Call Hold, Conference, Attended Call Transfer, Blind Call Transfer, Call Pickup, and Call Forwarding.
Additionally, your phone has corresponding shortcut keys for some of the main functions.
CALL HOLD
While you are in a conversation, there are two options to put the call on hold:

Options → ‘Hold call‘ → OK.
And to resume the conversation:
or
Options → ‘Resume call‘ → OK.
CONFERENCE CALL
While U1 is in a conversation with U2, U1 must follow these steps to add a third user U3 to the conversation:
- Options → ‘Add call’.
- Dial U3's number, and
- While in conversation with U3,
or Options → ‘Merge’.
ATTENDED CALL TRANSFER
While U1 is in a conversation with U2, U1 must follow these steps to transfer the call (with consultation) to another user U3:
1. Options → Add call.
2. Dial U3's number, and consult with U3.

1. Options → Add call.
2. Dial U3's number, and consult with them.
3. Options → Transfer.
BLIND CALL TRANSFER
Only available if you are connected to a 2G/3G network or the mobile line is connected to the PBX.
While U1 is in a conversation with U2, U1 must follow these steps to directly transfer the call to another user U3:
1. Select ‘Options’ and then ‘Transfer’.
2. Dial U3's number and then select ‘Transfer’.
or
1. Press the ‘Transfer’ key,
2. Dial U3's number and then select ‘Transfer’.
The call will be transferred so that U2 and U3 can talk, while U1 is automatically dropped from the call.
CALL PICKUP
Only available on lines that belong to a pickup group and if the service is contracted or configured. Within the same pickup group, press the CAPT key to pick up an incoming call.
1. In Mobile Network mode: The key automatically dials the code #88.
2. In PBX mode: The key automatically dials the code *98.
CALL FORWARDING
In Mobile Network mode, to send the call to other destinations or to voicemail when you cannot answer it, go to: Menu → Settings → Call forwarding
1. Select when you want calls to be forwarded (always, when busy…).
2. Enter the destination or select it from the address book.
3. Press ‘Activate‘.
If your device is set to PBX mode, use the codes of the PBX it is connected to.
