Remote control

Remote management only works in the operating mode: Mobile Network. To   access it, go to Menu/Settings/Operating Mode/Mobile Network/Remote Control.

This feature is characterized by the phone being controllable remotely   by numbers that have been previously authorized. To set this up, go to Menu/Settings/Operating   Mode/Mobile Network/Remote Control/Authorized Numbers.

  The permitted remote functions are:
  - Remote reboot
  - Remote management of the address book
  - Remote access for one-touch/long-press dialing/Hold, transfer,   conference, and pickup keys.

So, upon receiving an SMS with a predefined code, the phone identifies   the action, verifies if the number is authorized, and executes it when no   call is in progress. A message is then shown to the user indicating the action   to be performed. And a response SMS is sent to the sender of the remote action to   inform them of the success or failure and the details:
  - "Update successful"
  - "Permission denied"
  - "Download failed"
  - "Update failed"

  1. Remote reboot: *RM#1#. After receiving this code, the phone   will turn off and on again.

  2. Remote address book management: *RM#2#xxxxx#,   where xxxxx is the URL where the file with the information can be found.   The device establishes a data connection and downloads the file from that   URL. The format can be a CSV file. If the device already has contacts   (previously configured), it must update only the new or different ones, or completely   delete the old local phonebook and re-add all   contacts from the CSV file.

  3. Remote one-touch access: *RM#3#xxxxx#, where xxxxx   is the URL where the file with the information can be found. The device   establishes a data connection and downloads the file from that URL. The format   can be a CSV file. If the new number was stored or updated remotely   via SMS in the local phonebook, the name will be displayed; if it is not in the   local phonebook, M1-M10 will be displayed.

Remote long-press dialing: *RM#4#xxxxx#, where   xxxxx is the URL where the file with the information can be found. The device   establishes a data connection and downloads the file from that URL. The format   can be a CSV file.

Remote hold, transfer, conference, and pickup keys:   *RM#5# xxxxx#, where xxxxx is the URL where the file with   the information can be found.
