The phone has two operating modes: Mobile Network and PBX.
To access this setting, go to Menu/Settings/Operating Mode.
You should select PBX mode when the device's mobile line is connected to a PBX in a business environment. To do this, go to Menu/Settings/Operating Mode/PBX.
1. Mobile Network Mode.
In this mode, the 4 dedicated keys (see "Dedicated Functions" section) are:

Call Transfer.
-
Call Hold.
-
Conference Call.
- Call Pickup.
1.1. Remote Management.
Remote management only works in this Mobile Network mode. See "Remote Management" section.
1.2 PBX Functions.
The basic functions available on any Fusión Digital mobile line via USSD codes are:
- Private numbering plan: each mobile has a short 4-digit extension
- Number presentation on external calls: your own or another Fusión mobile
- Profile defining permissions for external calls: internal, national, and international
- Mobile network call management functions: voicemail, call waiting, call forwarding, conference, etc.
2. PBX Mode.
In this mode, the device connects via XSI access to the Broadsoft cloud PBX and enables functions such as login/logout, picking up calls, and setting up call forwarding. Mobile lines with PBX integration offer greater functionality in call management and handling thanks to native integration with the Telefónica Fusión Digital PBX.
After user subscription, the connection to XSI nodes allows for performing actions and receiving information to add various features and functions.
