Only one earbud is working

Your headphones may not have paired correctly, which is why only one is playing sound. To fix this, follow these steps:

Important: make sure that the colored strips covering the charging contacts of each earbud have been removed and that they have been charging for a while.

1. On your mobile: delete previous pairings from Settings-> Bluetooth --> (delete, forget...).
2. On your mobile: turn off Bluetooth.
3. Leave the earbuds in the case and press and hold the button on the base for 3 seconds. The light will start flashing red and white and then turn off. This means the reset was successful.

Now they can be paired with the phone. Take the earbuds out of the case.

4. On your mobile: turn on Bluetooth.

5. Go to Settings-> Bluetooth, search for the earbuds and tap to connect.
