Battery and charging

Connect the adapter included in the box to any electrical outlet in your home. Connect the other end of the charger (B) to the phone's connector or (A) to the charging dock (recommended) to charge the battery.

During charging, the battery icon indicates the charging status. When the battery is fully charged, this indicator turns green.

  Important notice about charging

To fully charge the battery, it needs to be charged for approximately 3.5 hours without the charging dock (B) and 3.9 hours with the charging dock (A).

For proper maintenance and to extend the battery's lifespan, it is not recommended to keep it fully charged or fully discharged for long periods; it is better to maintain it at an intermediate charge level. It is not recommended to leave the phone charging for long periods (holidays, etc.). It is preferable for the battery to be fully discharged from time to time.

If the phone will not be used for a long time, remove the battery with an intermediate charge level.
If the battery has not been used for a prolonged period or is depleted, the phone's screen may not work when you start recharging it. Once the battery has been charging for a while, you will be able to turn on the phone to use it.

  Low battery warning

When the battery is about to run out, the battery indicator will be empty and red, the phone will emit a warning tone and display a message on the screen. You must connect the charger to charge the battery. If the phone runs out of battery, it will turn off and you will not be able to make or receive calls.

Charging and battery management features

To help you extend the battery's lifespan, this device includes advanced charging features that you can configure during the first power-on and later in the menu:   Settings > Phone > Battery.

Charge limit

You can activate an optional feature that automatically stops charging when the battery reaches 80% of its capacity. This feature is intended for those who want to care for the battery in the long term, as frequently charging it to 100% can reduce its lifespan.

When this option is enabled, the phone will occasionally complete charges to 100% to maintain an accurate estimate of the battery's health.

During the first power-on of the phone or when setting up the device for the first time, this option will be displayed on the screen. If you choose to activate it, you will see an informational message that you can read by swiping down:

"The battery's lifespan can be extended if you select this option and regularly charge the battery only up to 80% of its total capacity."

Battery management (restarts charging below 95%)

In addition, by default, the phone includes a power management feature that prevents further charging once the battery has reached 100% of its charge. Charging will only resume if the level drops below 95%, thus helping to better preserve the battery during long or recurrent charging sessions.

These features are designed to maximize your battery's durability without affecting the daily use of the device. You can activate or deactivate them at any time from the settings menu.
