Functions Menu

Functions Menu

In the main menu, you will find the following detailed functions. First, the main ones are shown, which come by default in Favorites with quick access (by swiping the main screen to the left). And then, the secondary ones, accessible from the Functions Menu.

ACTIVITY

This screen shows your activity for the current day.

By swiping up, you can see activity details: total steps, calories burned, and exercise time. There are also two graphs with the distribution of steps, calories, and exercise by the hour, and data for the current week.

SLEEP

In this function, the watch monitors the hours and quality of your sleep, and plots them on a graph.

By swiping up, you can see more details. The graph shows the time of the different sleep phases: light, deep, and REM. A weekly summary is also shown.

Keep in mind that data from the last sleep is shown at the end of the current day, when the sleep hours can be totaled.

HEART RATE

You can check your current heart rate and see a graph of the day's measurement values. For a correct measurement, the watch must be properly fitted to your wrist.

MEDIA PLAYER

Control compatible media content you are playing on your phone.

It has four control buttons, from top to bottom: playback volume level, play/pause, rewind, and fast forward.

WEATHER

If the watch has obtained your phone's location, you can check the updated weather forecast for today and the next 6 days.

To get weather information, the mobile's location is needed. You can ensure it is active by opening Google Maps on Android or Maps on iOS, verifying that what is shown matches your current location. Once confirmed, open the SPC SMART YOU app and sync the watch so it can get the necessary information to show the weather screen.

The following functions are accessed from the full functions menu, by swiping the screen to the right.

PHONE

When the watch is synchronized with an Android or iOS phone through the SPC app, this function allows you to manage phone calls.

The screen has three sections:

  1. Log: List of recent calls. Tapping one of them will dial that number.
  2. Dial: Numeric keypad that allows you to dial a phone number.
  3. Contacts: List of contacts synchronized with the phone. These contacts are added from the SPC SMART YOU app. Tapping the contact will make a phone call to that number.

When you receive a call, the watch will notify you on the screen, with sound and vibration (depending on the settings), and you can answer directly from the watch.

If you answer or make a call from the watch, you can talk with the other user from the device itself, as it has a microphone and speaker.

During the call, you have buttons to disable or enable the microphone, transfer control of the call to the mobile phone, adjust the speaker volume level, and hang up the call.

EXERCISE

In this function, you can access more than 100 available sports and exercises.

A first screen will show the most popular sports. You can add more sports to this list by selecting the list button at the end and then tapping "+", choosing a group of sports and then selecting the one you want to add. You can also reorder the popular sports or remove them from that screen.

To start a sport, simply enter the list of sports and select the one you want to monitor.

Before starting the exercise, you can see three options at the bottom that allow you to set goals for that specific activity: Duration, Calories, and Distance (depending on the type of exercise):

During the exercise, you can see the main activity data on the screen. Swiping to the right, you have the screen that allows you to pause or stop the exercise, and a lock to block the activity screen to prevent accidental presses. Swiping to the left, you have the screen to play music on the watch during the exercise.

When the exercise is finished, a summary of the activity data is shown.

EXERCISE LOG

Access the list of performed exercises in chronological order. Tapping on each one gives you access to its details (depending on the type of exercise: start time, steps, exercise duration, calories, heart rate, distance...).

BLOOD OXYGEN

Monitor your blood oxygen level and it shows you the minimum and maximum for the day.

Keep in mind that you must be still and have the watch securely fastened to your wrist during the measurement.

SHUTTER

On this screen, a shutter button will appear, which when pressed will take a photo with your mobile's camera.

WATCH

It has three functions:

ALARM

View and enable/disable alarms. You can set up to 8 alarms. You can configure them from the watch or from the SPC SMART YOU app.

STOPWATCH

Press the orange play button to start/resume, the pause button to stop, reset to return to 0, and "Stage" to set laps.

TIMER

On this screen, we have 4 timers with the countdown time set. You can add more, customizing the timer to the time you want.

SETTINGS

This is the watch's settings menu. See details in the next section.

MESSAGES

It shows you messages that arrive on your mobile device, as long as both are linked via the SPC SMART YOU app.

CYCLE TRACKING

You can enable the Cycle Tracking (Menstrual Cycle) option from the SPC application, set the usual period duration, the usual cycle duration, and the start date of the last period.

You can also define the time and number of days in advance that you want the device to notify you that your period and the start of ovulation are approaching.

Once configured, you can see the forecast for your period, fertile window, and ovulation on the watch and in the application.

*Note*  This function is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for other pregnancy protection methods.

FIND PHONE

Used to locate your mobile. By tapping on this option, your mobile will emit an acoustic signal so you can locate it.

FLASHLIGHT

Illuminates the screen in white at maximum brightness for the Flashlight function.

RELAXATION

Includes two breathing exercises. One for stressful situations and another for drowsy situations. You can select the duration of the breathing exercise.

ASSISTANT

This function allows access to the synchronized phone's voice assistant. In this way, for example, you can make voice queries with a voice response on the watch itself, select a song to be played in your car, etc.
