The tablet does not turn on

The tablet shows that it is charging, but does not turn on

Keep in mind that if your tablet is completely discharged and you connect it to the power to charge it, it will need a few minutes until it reaches the minimum battery level for the boot.

Charger and cable used

Make sure to use the charger supplied with your tablet (if it is included) as well as the cable supplied with it. Although all micro USB cables look the same, not all connectors are the same length, and sometimes problems occur as a result.

Reset

If in spite of the above, your tablet shows that it is charging signal, but you can not turn it on, follow these steps:

  1. Long press the power button for at least 20 seconds
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Press the power button as normal, for 3 seconds

Plan B

  1. Long press the power button for at least 60 seconds
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Press the power button as normal, for 3 seconds
