You need to set up SOS emergency numbers to use this feature.
SOS Numbers Setup:
From “Menu” → “Smart Help” → “SOS”:
- Set feature state to “On” or “Off.”
- Add emergency numbers under “SOS Number” (up to 5).
- Customize SOS message. Enter the help message to send to SOS numbers (default: “I need help!”).
Using SOS Function:
In an emergency, press and hold the SOS key for a few seconds. The phone will emit an alert tone (horn) and start the calling cycle. It will enable speakerphone, call SOS numbers in sequence, and send the SOS text. If there’s no answer, it moves to the next number, repeating the cycle three times.
*Note* If a number goes to voicemail, the cycle ends. CHECK
