In the "More" menu, you can access the advanced functions of the watch.
When you select this option, the following features and settings screens appear:
Personal Center
Contains the basic watch and child information: Name, photo, IMEI, watch phone number, QR code of the watch, firmware version, gender, birthday, and school grade:
Tap on Child Information:
This information is editable. You can set an avatar using a predefined icon or a photo taken with your phone or from the gallery.
The watch’s QR code is the same as the one shown in the Pairing option on the watch. Here, it’s used to give permission to add a new family member. This same code appears in the Pair Member feature later on.
Steps
The total number of steps taken during the day appears in the Personal Center screen.
Tap on this info to view a new screen showing the step report for the last 7 days.
The default daily step goal is 8000 (as recommended by various health organizations). By tapping on Settings at the top, you’ll see a slider bar to adjust this number:
Pair Member
This feature lets you add other members to the family group so they can view and manage the watch activity. The person who initially paired the watch is the group’s Administrator.
To pair another family member, the admin must select “Invite a family member”. The person must install the SMART CLAN app, sign up with email and password, and then join the group by scanning the QR code shown on the Admin’s screen.
Another way to join is to scan the QR code from the watch itself and wait for the Admin to approve the request. In this case, no interaction is required from the watch, just the Admin’s approval.
NOTE:
- You can pair up to 8 members to one group.
- One person can pair with multiple watches — no limit.
