Card Insertion
The tray for inserting the SIM cards and the MicroSD memory card is located on the side. You must use the special pin included in the device box to remove it:
The SIM format is NanoSIM (the smallest). Make sure to insert the cards in the position indicated in the figure.
Buttons
The SPC DISCOVERY 3 PRO has three buttons on the right side: Volume +, Volume -, and one dedicated both to turning the device on/off as well as reading your fingerprint to unlock it.
The Power Button has the following functions:
- Turn on the phone: press and hold.
- Turn off/on the screen: press briefly.
- Google Assistant access: press and hold once powered on. You can change this behavior in Settings > System > Gestures > Hold the power button. By default, to turn off the device you must press the power button and Volume+ simultaneously. However, you can configure the power button to shut down by pressing and holding according to this setting.
- Fingerprint: this button also functions as a fingerprint reader. To configure it, go to Settings > Security > Face and Fingerprint Unlock.
Memory Cards
You can increase the storage capacity of your SPC DISCOVERY 3 PRO by inserting a MicroSD memory card. The SPC DISCOVERY 3 PRO supports memory cards of up to 256 GB.
Keep in mind that external storage expansion is supported only for photos, videos, and other files; internal memory expansion for applications is not allowed.
