Battery, charge and autonomy

CHARGE:

For charging the watch, connect the charging cable included with the device to a standard USB charger (5 volts) and to the magnetic charging terminals on the watch, as shown in the figure:

Recommended charger: Input 100-240Vac, 50/60Hz; output 5V 1000mA.

During charging, a brief press of the power button displays the battery icon with the current charge level on the screen.

When 100% is reached, the message “Fully Charged” appears and the battery icon is completely filled in green.

The estimated charging time with the recommended standard charger is less than 3 hours.

The battery status can be checked on the watch’s status bar:

When the battery is low, an informational alert with vibration appears on the watch screen.

Similarly, when the battery is low, corresponding notifications are produced in the SMART YOU app to inform the family member.

BATTERY LIFE:

The battery life values depend largely on the watch’s configuration, the activities performed, and the features used. These values have been obtained based on usage:

  • In typical usage, the battery lasts 2.5 days. Typical usage: 50% screen brightness, 1 GPS location per hour, Wi-Fi off and daily: 5 minutes of screen activation, 1 minute of calls, 5 chat messages.
  • Under heavy usage, the battery lasts 2 days. Heavy usage: 75% screen brightness, 1 GPS location every 9 minutes, Wi-Fi on and daily: 150 screen activations, 4 minutes of calls, 1 video call of 2 minutes, 20 chat messages.
  • In battery-saving mode, the battery lasts 3.5 days. Battery-saving mode: 20% screen brightness, WiFi off and daily: 100 screen activations, 2 minutes of calls, 2 chat messages, 1 GPS location.
