First start of the clock

1. Fully charge the watch:

Connect the charging cable included with the device to a standard USB charger (5 volts) and to the magnetic charging terminals of the watch, as shown in the figure.

During charging, a brief press of the power button displays the battery icon with the current charge level.

When 100% is reached, the message “Fully Charged” appears and the battery icon turns completely green.

The estimated charging time with the recommended standard charger is under 3 hours.

Recommended charger: Input 100 to 240Vac 50/60Hz; output 5V 1000mA.

2. Insert the SIM card:

It is recommended to disable the SIM card's security PIN before inserting it.

The watch supports SIM cards with a PIN, but it is advised to remove the PIN to simplify the watch's startup and avoid the user having to enter one.

This SIM card PIN cannot be removed from the watch; to do so, you can use any mobile phone.

To access the SIM tray, you need to remove the back cover of the case. Press the case as shown in the figure:

On the left side of the watch case, you will find the SIM card tray. Remove it using the extractor included in the package, insert the SIM card, and then reinsert it into the slot. The card is a NanoSIM (the smallest SIM format). To place it correctly, note the notch on one of its corners.

Reassemble the watch case back cover:

3. Power on the watch:

On the right side, you will find the power button of the watch. Press and hold it for a few seconds until the screen turns on.

After startup, if the SIM card has a PIN, the watch will prompt for it. Sometimes you must wait a few seconds for the watch to finish initializing before you can enter the PIN. Enter the PIN and tap the verification checkbox.

4. Language Selection:

The watch starts in its default language, Spanish. To change it, go to the left screen (swipe from left to right) and tap the “More” option:

A menu of options appears; select “Screen Language”. A list of available languages on the watch appears: English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and German. Spanish is selected by default. Confirm by tapping on the chosen language.

5. Main Screen

After startup and language configuration, the main screen is displayed:

Wait a few seconds for the device to fully boot up and connect. By swiping down on the screen, you can view the screen with the status bar and shortcuts:

The status bar provides information about the mobile connection type, signal strength, carrier, WiFi, connectivity, and battery.
If the watch is connected, a chain link icon (two links) should appear in the status bar:

6. Pairing the Watch:

The watch must be paired with a mobile phone (Android or iOS) that has the SMART CLAN management app installed. Refer to the SMART CLAN section for its installation.

On the watch, while on the home screen (which displays the time), swipe from right to left through the menus until you find the “Pair” option.

Tap on it; a QR code will appear along with an alphanumeric code associated with the watch’s IMEI at the bottom. If this code does not appear, check the watch's connection (mobile network or WiFi) and try again.

From this point, continue configuring the pairing in the SMART CLAN app. Refer to that section.
