Step-by-step installation:
1. Connect the flat line cable:
Insert one end into the TEL. LINE port on the back of the phone (10) and the other end into your home phone socket.
2. Connect the coiled handset cable:

One end connects to the handset.

The other end goes into the left side of the base (14).

3. Check for a dial tone:
Pick up the handset. If you hear a dial tone, it's ready to use!
This model does not require external power. It is powered directly from the telephone line.
