Once you have created the cared-for person, you can link a device.
Select the cared-for person you just created, and this message will appear:
Select the option Pair device and then the type of device you want to link.
Instructions will appear depending on your model; read them and proceed to scan the QR code. Remember you'll need to grant the app permission to access the camera.
Now, navigate the senior’s device to find the linking QR code and place it in front of the camera.
You can also manually enter the IMEI or serial number (depending on the model) by tapping the option Pair device with IMEI code.
Once the code is scanned or the IMEI or serial number is entered, confirmation on the senior’s device is required to complete the linking.
After the request has been confirmed on that device, continue the process in the app and once finished, you’ll be able to manage it remotely.
